Founder Story
CentreSteps Allied Health grew out of our work at Cross Care Support, where we (Zander and Chloe) have been providing NDIS supports for several years. In early 2025, we met Katie, an Occupational Therapist who shared our vision for creating something more. Katie began offering OT under Cross Care Support, and together we realised that therapy needed its own dedicated home, a place where it could grow while staying true to the values we built Cross Care Support on.
That’s when CentreSteps Allied Health was born. Starting small, with Katie providing OT and Chloe stepping in as an Allied Health Assistant drawing on her background as a primary school teacher, we set out with a clear purpose: to create a space where people could focus on their goals, take meaningful steps forward, and ultimately flourish in their everyday lives.
Our story is only just beginning, but it’s one we’re passionate about writing together with each client, each step, and each success along the way.
