Supporting individuals to build confidence, independence, and everyday skills
Chloe brings a warm, supportive, and practical approach to her role as an Allied Health Assistant. With over five years of experience as a primary school teacher following the completion of her Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) (Honours), she has a strong understanding of learning styles, emotional regulation, skill development, and creating engaging environments that support growth and participation across a range of ages and support needs.
Working under the supervision of our Occupational Therapists, Chloe supports participants to work toward their therapy goals through structured, engaging, and meaningful sessions. She enjoys helping individuals develop confidence, emotional regulation skills, independence, and functional everyday abilities in ways that feel achievable and empowering.
Chloe has a particular strength in building genuine connections with participants and families, creating a safe and encouraging space where individuals feel comfortable to learn, explore, and grow. Her background in education also allows her to work collaboratively across home, school, community, and therapy environments to support consistency and positive outcomes.
Outside of work, Chloe is kept busy by her fun-loving sidekick, Ernie — the world’s friendliest (and cheekiest) Doberman. Whether he’s relaxing around the house or attempting to steal socks whenever he gets the chance, Ernie always keeps life entertaining.
Known for her calm nature, approachable personality, and genuine care for others, Chloe is passionate about supporting participants and families to take meaningful steps toward their goals and flourish in their everyday lives.
