Helping participants take meaningful steps toward their goals
Katie is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals across hospital, community, and home-based settings. Over the past 5 years, she has worked extensively within the NDIS space, helping participants and families navigate supports while building meaningful, practical outcomes in everyday life.
Katie has a strong passion for working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder (BPD), psychosis, and bipolar disorder. She brings a calm, compassionate, and neuro-affirming approach to therapy, combining clinical knowledge with genuine connection and understanding.
She enjoys supporting participants to build confidence, independence, emotional regulation, and functional life skills in ways that feel achievable and meaningful to them. Whether she’s completing assessments, working alongside families, or supporting ongoing therapy goals, Katie focuses on creating a supportive environment where participants feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Outside of work, Katie is a busy mum of four energetic kids, so life is usually filled with weekend sport, family time, and plenty of chaos in the best way possible. She’s known for her warm nature, approachable personality, and ability to make people feel comfortable from the moment they meet her.
Katie is passionate about helping people take meaningful steps toward their goals and supporting them to flourish in their own way.
