Zander is the Director of CentreSteps Allied Health and is passionate about building a service that feels warm, approachable, and genuinely connected to the community. With a strong background in disability and allied health services, he works closely with participants, families, schools, support coordinators, and clinicians to help create supports that are practical, collaborative, and tailored to individual needs.
Zander is particularly passionate about creating positive experiences for families navigating the NDIS and believes quality support starts with strong relationships, good communication, and a team that truly cares. He enjoys working behind the scenes to support the growth of the CentreSteps team while ensuring participants and families feel heard, supported, and comfortable throughout their journey.
Known for his friendly and down-to-earth nature, Zander values building a workplace culture that is supportive, flexible, and focused on helping both participants and staff flourish. He is passionate about growing services that make a meaningful difference in the everyday lives of the people and communities CentreSteps supports.
Outside of work, Zander enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, good food, and hanging out with Ernie — the much-loved office sidekick who tends to make himself part of every team meeting whenever possible.
